XSENS SECURES KEY INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS FOR FLOW AND WATER CUT METERS

XSENS Flow Solutions announces the successful award of two international contracts for its advanced metering technology, expanding its global footprint in both offshore and onshore oil and gas operations.

The first contract comes from an international operator for offshore usage in the North Sea. XSENS will supply two large meters designed to accurately measure water cut (the fraction of water in a fluid stream) and flow rate. This deployment addresses the critical need for precise monitoring in challenging offshore environments, typical of North Sea operations.

Argentina: A Growing Onshore Hub for XSENS

Simultaneously, XSENS secured an onshore contract with a private operator in Argentina for the supply of a water cut and flow rate meter. This latest order is particularly exciting for the company as it marks the third operator in Argentina to select XSENS technology, following previous successful deliveries in the region.

This string of successful contracts in Argentina closely follows Xsens’ participation in the recent and successful AOG 2025 exhibition in Buenos Aires, underscoring the company’s momentum and growing recognition in the South American market.

“These contracts are a testament to the reliability and accuracy of our metering solutions across diverse and demanding environments, from the cold waters of the North Sea to the onshore fields of Argentina,” commented Kenneth Olsvik, VP Business Development at XSENS. “The repeat business in Argentina, especially right after the exhibition AOG 2025 in Buenos Aires, validates our strategic focus on the region and the quality of our relationships with local operators and our local partner ESCO.
